For the last 55 years, the vast potentials of General Aviation in China have not been utilized. As of 2005, there were only 615 aircraft serving General Aviation in China.
Following the successful launch of the ¡°What is General Aviation¡± campaign in 2006, Uniworld is again embarking on an international campaign to help spur growth in the GA sector in China.
The campaign will bring in General Aviation knowledge from international aviation countries and firms to the Chinese market. China's adoption of the reform and opening-up policy has opened doors for the growth of the General Aviation sector.
The Chinese government fully supports the establishment of new General Aviation companies. It encourages the entry of domestic and foreign capital. In the next 10 years, General Aviation in China is expected to grow at an average of 10 percent annually.
With this, the ¡°What is General Aviation?¡± campaign will link the international aviation sector to the Chinese General Aviation industry. International aviation companies will have the opportunity to introduce their services to Chinese operators, which have yet to realize the huge economic potentials in the GA sector.
This year, 10,000 copies of the ¡°What is General Aviation¡± information booklet were distributed by Uniworld to China's government agencies, companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals.
Uniworld is again embarking on its mission to help international companies and individuals to be known in China's GA industry. Next year, Uniworld will distribute the information booklet in China. |
