Beijing’s East area tower construction passes acceptance

The East Area Tower construction project successfully passed acceptance examination on September 28th. The tower construction project, which supports the Capital Airport expansion project, qualified in the acceptance examination of the China aviation authority on its design, supervision, construction and use. Accordingly, the general quality of the construction is high. Installation of, and adjustments to, the tower equipment were finished by the end of September and the system auto check was completed on October 10. The east area tower will be ready for use at the same time with the east runway beginning at the end of October.
